Change
Change wherever you are. Put on a fresh pad, fold the used one closed, and tuck it into the waterproof pocket. At home, put your used pads in your Miyorée laundry bag. If you can't wash within 2–3 days, give them a cold rinse and wait until your period ends.

Wash
Wash your new pads once on their own before the first wear. After wearing, wash within 2–3 days: zip the laundry bag closed and start with a cold pre-wash cycle. Then wash at 86–104°F (30–40°C) with your regular laundry, without softener or bleach. Hang to dry, and they're ready for next time.
